Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Bell Movement. We sell both digital products and physical travel gear, along with retreats and experiences. Please review the policy below carefully before completing your purchase — the terms differ by product type.
Digital Products
All digital products sold on www.thebellmovement.com — including but not limited to downloadable travel guides, digital workbooks, PDFs, courses, memberships, and other digital content — are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and access is granted or the file is delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products.
Physical Products (Travel Gear & Accessories)
Physical items ship from our fulfillment partners. We want you to love what you order, so the following terms apply:
- Return window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Hygiene & personal care items: For health and safety reasons, items such as sleep earplugs and the toiletry capsule set are final sale once opened and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, in addition to transit time.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will cover the cost of a replacement or refund — no return shipping required on our end of the error.
Retreats, Experiences & Events
All payments made for retreats, travel experiences, workshops, events, and related offerings are final and non-refundable. Due to the planning, reservations, and commitments required to curate these experiences, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in writing.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered outside the terms above if required by law, in the event of a duplicate charge or technical error on our part, or for damaged/defective/incorrect physical items as described above.
